Families with children in need within North Bay city limits can apply at the L.I.P.I. office (127 Main Street East). Applications can be completed between Thursday, November 20th, and Friday, December 12th. Our office hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

You will be required to provide the following:
- Name
- Phone or contact number
- Email address
- Proof of North Bay address
- Proof of income for entire household (pay stub, ODSP/OW stub)
- Proof of Payment for Rent / Mortgage
- Utility Bills (hydro, gas, water, etc.)
- 60 Days Bank Statement for entire household of ALL ACCOUNTS (chequing, savings) including name on the account(s)
- Proof of Canada Child Benefits (CCB) showing deposit to YOUR bank account
Santa Fund Delivery will be Tuesday, December 23, 2025 starting at 9am.
